Does BleuPlayer Pro provide channels or content?
No. BleuPlayer Pro is a media player only. It does not include
channels, subscriptions, or any preloaded content.
How does the 365-day free trial work?
You get full access to the app for 365 days. After that, you can
choose a $4.95 yearly plan or a $13.69 lifetime
activation.
What happens after the free period ends?
You can stop using the paid features, continue with the yearly
plan, or switch to the lifetime activation. The pricing shown on
the website is the same pricing referenced in the FAQ and legal
pages.
Is the activation portal required?
No. It is only there to make entering long M3U links or Xtream
credentials easier than typing with a TV remote.
Are my details safe when I use the portal?
Yes. The portal works as a temporary encrypted bridge to your TV
and does not keep stored copies of your M3U or Xtream details
after the transfer is complete.
Where do billing or refund questions go?
If you purchased through an app store or payment provider, that
provider's own refund rules apply. For direct billing errors or
activation problems, review the refund policy and contact
support.
