Privacy Policy

This page explains how BleuPlayer Pro handles limited operational data, how the optional activation portal works, and what remains under your control as the user.

Updated March 20, 2026 Privacy-first by design Android TV and Google TV
Privacy at a glance

Designed to keep the player simple and clear.

  • BleuPlayer Pro is a media player only and does not supply content.
  • The activation portal works as a temporary encrypted relay.
  • You retain control over the playlists and credentials you add.
01

Introduction and Scope

What this policy applies to across the website and app.

Welcome to BleuPlayer Pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, activation tools, and media player application. BleuPlayer Pro is designed as an end-user media player only. We do not provide, host, or distribute channels, subscriptions, or media content.

By accessing the service, you agree to the data practices described here. This document is meant to explain those practices in plain language, not hide them behind vague legal wording.

02

Information We Do Not Collect

The app is built to minimize unnecessary collection.

We do not monitor what you watch, build a profile around your viewing habits, or require a personal user account just to use the player.

  • No viewing tracking: we do not log the channels, movies, or series you open in the player.
  • No personal profile requirement: we do not ask for your name, home address, or phone number to use the app.
  • No permanent playlist retention on our servers: M3U links, Xtream credentials, and EPG details are intended for use on your own device.
03

Limited Operational Data

Small amounts of technical data may be collected to keep the app working properly.

To maintain performance and compatibility, we may receive limited non-personal information related to the technical operation of the website or app.

  • Website analytics: aggregate traffic information such as page visits, approximate device type, and browser details through standard analytics tools.
  • App diagnostics: limited crash, compatibility, or performance information when it is provided by the platform, operating system, or crash reporting tools.
  • Support context: the information you choose to send us when you contact support about a problem.
04

How Operational Data Is Used

We use it to improve reliability, compatibility, and support.

Any non-personal operational data is used strictly to improve BleuPlayer Pro and keep it functioning across devices.

  • Diagnose technical issues and ship fixes.
  • Improve compatibility across TV hardware and software.
  • Understand overall website usage in aggregate form.
  • Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

05

Activation Portal and Data Flow

The portal exists to simplify TV setup, not to become a cloud storage layer for your credentials.

Typing long playlist URLs and login details with a TV remote can be slow and error-prone. The web activation portal is an optional helper that lets you send those details from your phone or computer to your TV more comfortably.

When you use the portal, the information passes through a temporary encrypted bridge between your browser and your device. After delivery to your TV, BleuPlayer Pro servers do not keep stored copies of your M3U or Xtream credentials.

06

Security, Retention, and Third Parties

What remains local, what may involve external providers, and what to expect from supporting services.

Sensitive information you add to the player is primarily used on your device. If you choose the optional activation portal, the transfer happens through an encrypted temporary flow rather than permanent server storage.

BleuPlayer Pro also operates within third-party ecosystems such as Google Analytics, platform stores, device operating systems, and payment providers. Those providers may handle their own data according to their own privacy policies.

We recommend keeping your device updated and avoiding unverified software that could compromise local storage or account security.

07

Your Rights and Choices

You remain in control of the data stored on your device.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to access, deletion, or objection. Because the player stores its active configuration on your own device, your most direct control comes from the device itself.

  • Clear app data from device settings.
  • Remove saved playlists or credentials inside the player.
  • Uninstall the application at any time.
